The Gamer Lounge is especially suited to children aged 8 and above. We can tailor the game choices and setup depending on the age and ability of the group.
Do adults need to stay during children’s parties?
Yes. For under-16s, a responsible adult must remain on site throughout the booking.
Which consoles are available?
Our setup is built around Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch gaming, with large screens and immersive LED lighting.
Which games can we play?
Popular choices include football games, kart racing, party games, creative games and multiplayer favourites. Game availability can vary due to licensing, updates, age ratings and technical requirements.
Can we choose the games before arrival?
Tell us your preferred games when booking or contacting us and we will do our best to prepare the setup in advance where possible.
Do you offer birthday parties?
Yes. Birthday parties are one of our main experiences. Parties can include gaming time, use of the lounge, LED lighting and food options depending on the package selected.
Can we book private hire?
Yes. Private hire is available for families, groups, celebrations, clubs, team events and special occasions. Contact us if you need something bespoke.
Do you run tournaments?
Yes. We plan to run console tournaments, including football, racing and multiplayer events. Keep an eye on our website and social channels for upcoming dates.
Is food and drink available?
Food and drink options may be available as part of selected party packages. Please check the booking details or contact us if you have specific requirements.
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Yes, birthday cakes are normally welcome for party bookings. Please let us know in advance so we can help plan the session properly.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
Outside food and drink may be restricted depending on the type of booking and package. Please contact us before bringing food or drink, other than birthday cake.
How do we book?

Do we need to pay a deposit?
Some bookings may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. The payment details will be shown during the booking process.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the package and notice given.
What time should we arrive?
We recommend arriving around 15 minutes before your session starts. Late arrivals may reduce the amount of available gaming time.

Is there parking nearby?
There are public parking options in and around Newton Abbot town centre. Please allow enough time to park and arrive before your session begins.
What happens if equipment is damaged?
Customers are expected to treat all equipment with care. Damage caused deliberately, recklessly or through misuse may be charged to the person responsible or the booking organiser.
